As an Engineering Project Manager, you will spearhead engineering projects from conception to fruition. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery, aligning seamlessly with both TRIADE, LLC’s and our client’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor progress.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
  • Ensure adequate resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs changes effectively.
  • Gauge project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct thorough risk management to mitigate project risks.
  • Travel as necessary to project sites.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a project manager in engineering.
  • Background in IT.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering processes and terminology.
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodology preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Strong organizational prowess with a keen eye for detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Remote work position; however, availability for in-person meetings in Cupertino, CA, or Austin, TX is required.

Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in the United States)

This role focuses on overseeing engineering development projects, with the candidate based remotely in the U.S. and occasional travel (approximately 10-15% of the time) to Cupertino, CA, or Austin, TX.
