About the Team:
Join our Digital Transactions team, where we're dedicated to building reliable and performant products for our guests and partners. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll collaborate with a global team and business partners to develop industry-leading technology solutions that drive our business goals. You'll champion Digital Transactions principles of reliability, quality, performance, and enablement across our organization.
A Day in the Life:

Crafting a Vision: Develop and communicate a technical vision and strategy for our Digital Transactions Teams.

Roadmap Management: Manage and assist with the delivery of value through the 12-18 month roadmap.

User Story Creation: Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the team's efforts.

Prioritization Support: Support the prioritization process within digital tracks of work.

Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to enhance product features.

Technology Trends: Identify and align digital technology trends with our product strategy.

Demo and Feedback: Demo solutions and create fast feedback loops to iterate quickly.

KPI Alignment: Align on meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Collaboration: Work closely with product engineering partners to prioritize stability efforts.

Communication: Effectively communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and negotiate with stakeholders, including senior leadership and vendors.

Data-Driven Decisions: Demonstrate a commitment to data-driven decision-making processes.

Lean Delivery: Drive an ethos of lean delivery models to optimize efficiency.

Financial Management: Manage budget, forecast, and strategy plans for digital tracks.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Mandatory to be an experienced Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in OMS (Order Management System) is a must.
- Experience working with post-purchase microservices and frontend applications is highly desirable.
- Ability to connect the dots between various teams and stakeholders, understanding functional requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
